1. Can you provide samples?
Yes. Sample weight less than 1 kg is free, sample weight more than 1 kg will be charged based on the FOB price of the products. The courier fee will be charged separately.
2. How do you control the products quality?
We always give priority to quality in the process of production.
3. What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 100kg per item. If you have specific customized requirements regarding the packaging, please get in touch with us for a more accurate price.
4. What are your accepted payment terms and trade conditions?
Generally, we accept T/T and Alibaba trade assurance orders service. The trade terms we use most frequently are EXW and FOB.
5. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is within 10-15 days.
6. How do you pack the products?
If you need bulk products, the finished products will be packed in aluminium foil bags.
