Probiotics, digestive enzymes, and essential vitamins can lose their efficacy when exposed to the high heat and pressure of standard food extrusion. 1. Vacuum Infusion & Cold-Coating Technology

To prevent heat damage to active probiotics, our production lines use advanced post-extrusion vacuum coating. After the base kibble is cooked and cooled, we apply liquid probiotics and enzymes under a vacuum. This pulls the heat-sensitive gut health ingredients deep into the kibble's porous structure, sealing them with natural fats. This method protects the active cultures and keeps them stable throughout their shelf life.

2. Lyophilized (Freeze-Dried) Raw Nutrition
